Fragrance

A Theme Poem Contest!!

She stepped into the room, which once

Echoed with innocent gurgles and tiny feet

A whoosh of breeze awakened her senses,

And filled her being with the fragrance of her little ones

The fragrance of the baby scent, a mixture of baby cream, powder and milk.

Closing her eyes, as she cradled the baby suit,

She cherished the fragrance of the baby smell;

The mother’s heart had embossed her baby’s scent,

And the baby fragrance still lingered on.
